When I was a young girl, an exotic creature appeared on the “Dorsey Show,” on our small black and white television: Elvis Presley.

From that moment on, rock and roll has been important to me.

As an artist, I have enjoyed creating portraits of my favorite performers in various media, such as: the Stones, Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix, and Bruce Springsteen.

I try to capture their essence as well as imbue the work with the feeling I have for the subject.
